Stock Fileback Sets | Preprinted Fileback Sheets | Blank Fileback Sheets | Fileback Sheet with Pocket | Custom Fileback Sets | Stock Chart Divider Sets | Custom Chart Divider Sets | Chart Divider Sheets | Stick-On Chart Divider Tabs Stock Fileback Sets These stock fileback sets come preprinted with industry standard categories plus a blank tab for a customized section. Each category is color coded and come in sets of eight with a two inch fastener on each sheet. Different configurations of fastener and tabs are available. [top] Preprinted Fileback Sheets These dividers are preprinted with either a Medication Log or a Problem List to add additional information to the individual sections of your files. All sheets have a two inch fastener applied and clear, laminated end tabs. [top] Blank Fileback Sheets Add as many sections as you need with these blank fileback sheets. Each sheet has a one inch fastener applied and is available with the fastener either at the top or on the side. Made of sturdy 11 pt manila stock and scored for folding, these dividers are designed for constant use. [top] Fileback Sheets with 1/2 Pockets These diivders come with a pocket installed that is four and a half inches high. Includes a two inch fastener affixed to the top and made of 11 pt manila. [top] Custom Fileback Sets Specify the number of tabs, the positions and the titles and we will print them to your specifications. Each divider is prepunched with mylar reinforcement to resist tearing. [top] Stock Chart Divider Sets Stock Chart Divider Sets are an efficient way to get at pertinent information quickly. Each tab is printed with a common category and has one blank tab for a custom title. Comes in sets of four, six or eight tabs. See below for custom printed tabs. [top] Custom Chart Divider Sets Custom Chart Dividers Sets. Have your own titles printed on white or manila chart dividers and specify where holes are to to be punched. Holes are reinforced with mylar and tabs have a mylar color coating. [top] Blank Chart Divider Sheets These blank divider sheets allow you to customize your dividers without ordering them specially. Each sheet is outlined for easy placement of our Stick-On Chart Divider Tabs and come prepunched for two, three or five hole binding. These dividers are also available with built in pockets.
